According to a leading Mayo Clinic and (BIAA), Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA) is a condition that can occur secondary to a traumatic brain injury (TBI).   For example, PBA may occur from  a Traumatic Brain Injury caused by whiplash sustained in a Chicago car accident.
